Ingredients: 2 eggs 3/4 cup golden sugar Orange zest from 2 oranges 1/2 cup sour cream (or yogurt) 1/2 cup sunflower oil 1/3 cup fresh orange juice 1 cup almond flour 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 🍊First of all, cut the oranges into slices and heat with 1 cup of water and 3 tablespoons of sugar until it boils. Remove from heat, dry with paper towel and place inside the previously greased cupcake pan. 1)In a medium bowl, add the sugar and orange zest and crush with your fingers. 2)Then add the eggs, oil, orange juice and sour cream.Mix with a whisk until smooth. 3)In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients. 4)Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and, using a silicone spatula, stir until a homogeneous dough forms. 5)Distribute the dough into cupcake molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 18 minutes or until golden brown. 6)Remove from the oven and wait 10 minutes before unmolding.
