INGREDIENTS 1 & 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour/मैदा 1 Tsp Baking Powder/बेकिंग पाउडर 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda/बेकिंग सोडा 3/4 Cup Orange Juice/संत्रे का रस 1 Cup Powdered Sugar/पीसी हुई चीनी 1/4 CupMilk Powder/दूध पाउडर 1 Tbsp Orange Peel/संत्रे का छिलका 1/4 Cup Oil/तेल 2 Tbsp Melted Butter/पिघला हुआ मक्खन 3-4 Drops Orange Food Color/केसरी फ़ूड कलर 3 Tbsp Icing Sugar/आइसिंग शुगर RECIPE Take out the orange peel without the white part and finely chop it. Keep it aside. To a bowl, add all purpose flour, baking powder and soda. Mix till well combined. To a large bowl add orange juice, powdered sugar, milk powder, orange rind, oil, orange food color & melted butter. Mix until well combined. Preheat your pan with some salt and a stand for 10 min at medium flame. If using oven, preheat it at 180°C for 10 minutes. Add the all purpose flour mix and mix using a whisk till there are no lumps. Take a spatula and fold the batter for 15-20 times. Transfer to a 6" x 4" cake tin. Bake the cake in the pan at medium flame for first 10 minutes and then lower the flame and bake for another 40-45 min. For oven, bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes. Insert a toothpick in the cake, if it comes out clean, the cake is done. Cover the cake and let it cool down. Mix icing sugar and 1-2 tsp of orange juice to make orange glaze. De-mold the cooled down cake and pour turn it upside down. Pour and spread the glaze. Garnish with slices of orange. Slice and enjoy!
