Jane’s Walk NYC 2024 Kick-Off Celebration

On Sunday, April 28, 2024 The Municipal Art Society of New York hosted a Jane’s Walk NYC 2024 Kick-Off Celebration in Washington Square Park. The event was presented in partnership with the Washington Square Park Conservancy and Honk NYC! An afternoon of celebration and discovery in the iconic Washington Square Park (a historically important location of Jane Jacobs urban activism) where Festival Walk Leaders and MAS Staff shared insights about the upcoming festival (May 3-5) with park goers. In addition to lively conversations and engaging interactions, the event featured live music from our friends at HONK NYC! by the HONK Family Band, adding a vibrant touch to the festivities!
