Can JB Weld fix 1600 VW engine with a leaking cam plug?

Air Cooled VW 1600 engine has a leaking cam plug! To fix a leaking cam plug "right" the engine needs to be stripped down. ( There is also a rubber plug available) SO, what do you if your engine has great compression, passes a leak down test but, just has a leaky cam plug. Well, I thought I would try some JB Weld. If it doesn't work than it is only 7 dollars lost. Since, I haven't seen another videos on JB Welding a cam plug, I thought I would make a video. If this fix fails down the road I will post an update. UPDATE: I sold the Type 3 but, as of selling the car the leak did not return. I will still consider this fix a temporary fix but, in a pinch it will work. Good Luck.
