In this Sunday Mass at Saint Michael Kalibo, Bishop Romie-Jun reminded us of the importance of having confidence in our compassionate God. No matter what challenges we face in life, we must trust in Him. While problems may lead us to question and doubt, we should hold on to our faith, for He will support us in times of uncertainty. Today’s Gospel beautifully illustrates God’s compassion. When opportunities to encounter Him arise, we must not let them pass us by. No one can thwart God’s plans for our lives; He is faithful to complete the work He has begun in us. If you ever feel alone or uncared for, remember that God is always there for you. Each of us receives a personal call from our Creator, inviting us into a deeper relationship with Him.
