Someone Great - An Agent Stone Animatic

CW for themes of grief, this is a sad animatic Song: Someone Great - LCD Soundsystem (edited slightly to fit) The Sonic movies really touched me with the way they handled grief. It’s a feeling I struggle with, having lost someone recently and feeling like I should’ve done more to ‘protect’ them. Of course Shadow and Gerald’s grief was portrayed in the movie, but I wanted to take a look at Agent Stone, because he lost someone too and we don’t exactly see the aftermath of that. I’m hoping we do in the fourth movie, of course, but this’ll have to last yall until then, haha. Additional context to this song: This song is about (the song’s singer/writer) James Murphy’s therapist passing away. It’s obviously a really personal song so I think knowing the context is good. I know I’m using it for a fictional character but grief is real and serious and I hope this helps anyone else trying to process it. 💜
