Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt have officially announced their reunion for an action-packed film, reportedly titled 'Ganga Ram'. Directed by debutant Krrish Ahir, the movie is said to feature the duo in titular roles, showcasing their 'alpha male' personas. The project promises to deliver a rustic and macho storyline. According to a recent report in Bollywood Hungama, Salman and Sanjay will star in the titular roles of an action film titled 'Ganga Ram'. The movie is developed by Khan and his production house, Salman Khan Films (SKF). Reportedly, the entire crew is excited about the reunion of the duo on the big screen in this two-hero film. The report further stated that the film aims to attract mass audiences like never before, celebrating the union of two giants—Salman and Sanjay Dutt. Packed with macho elements, both characters showcase alpha male traits. The report further disclosed that the movie will be directed by Krrish Ahir, who has previously worked as an associate on several Salman-backed projects. Shooting for 'Ganga Ram' is anticipated to begin around June or July 2025. During the promotion of Sikandar, Salman had announced his collaboration with Sanjay. He said that a film with Sanjay is on the cards and called it ‘rustic, next level.' He also shared that he has two other films in the pipeline. This includes his much-awaited reunion with Sooraj Barjatya. Salman also updated fans that Tiger vs Pathaan, with Shah Rukh Khan, is not happening “right now.” Salman Khan and Sanjay last appeared together in the 2012 film Son of Sardaar. Previously, they were seen together in films like Chal Mere Bhai (2000) and Saajan (1991). Besides this, they keep appearing in each other's films in special cameos over the years.
