Hello! Today, I am showing you guys one of my all-time favorite recipe! I love this recipe because it’s so simple and always delicious!! It's perfect choice when you want to show your friends homemade Korean food in NO TIME and NO SKILL! I hope you get to try this recipe! Thank you for watching and subscribing!❤ ------------------------RECIPE---------------------------------------------------------- Ingredient (serving 2) 1cup kimchi, chopped 2slices bacon, sliced 2tbsp Scallion, sliced 2tbsp Garlic, minced 2pkg uncooked instant rice (2-3cups home cooked rice) 1tbsp soy sauce 1tsp sugar 1tsp sesame oil 1tbsp kimchi juice 1 egg 1tsp cooking oil Optional : 1tsp gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) Garnish idea : nori, sesame seeds, scallion 1 Sliced bacon and scallion, chop kimchi, mince 3-5cloves garlic 2 Over medium heat, cook bacon first Let the grease out! 3 When you can see good amount of bacon grease, add scallion and garlic We are making the oil delicious!! If there’s not a lot of grease, you can add about half tbsp of vegetable or corn oil 4 Give it nice stir Before they get browned, add kimchi! Stir and cook for about 3minutes 5 Time to add rice! I prefer uncooked rice(when it comes to instant rice), because when it’s cooked, fried rice gets too sticky at the end But if you use homemade rice, you have to cook! Break rice into small pieces Mix it well with others 6 When the rice is well mixed, add soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, kimchi juice and gochugaru Mix again 7 Move the fried rice to side Add 1tsp cooking oil and break one egg Stir it and make scrambled egg 8 When the egg is 80% cooked, mix it with the rice! 9 Garnish with some nori, sesame seeds or scallion!
