BBQ Chutney Recipe (English) Ingredients: Tamarind pulp – ½ cup Green chilies – 4-5 Garlic cloves – 3-4 Salt – to taste Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp Black pepper – ½ tsp Red chili flakes – 1 tsp Sugar – 1 tbsp (optional) Water – as needed Smoked charcoal – for BBQ flavor Oil – 1 tsp (for dum/smoke) Instructions: In a blender, add tamarind pulp, green chilies, garlic, salt, roasted cumin powder, black pepper, red chili flakes, and sugar. Apne zaiqe ke mutabiq namak ya masalay adjust karen. Chutney ko bowl mein nikaal lein. BBQ flavor ke liye: Garam koyla ek choti metal katori ya foil mein rakhain, isay chutney ke bowl ke darmiyan mein rakhain, us par kuch drops tail ke daal kar foran dhak dein 1–2 minute ke liye. Koyla nikaal dein aur chutney ko mix karen.
