I only played PlayStation 2 for 24 hours in 2026 to see what the experience is really like today. In this video, I go back to one of the most iconic consoles ever made and spend a full day playing PS2 games, testing how the console feels now, reviewing the games I played, and talking about the positives and negatives of using the PlayStation 2 in 2026. Some parts of the experience were amazing the nostalgia, the simplicity, the classic games, and the feeling of just putting in a disc and playing. But there were also things that felt outdated, frustrating, and harder to enjoy compared to modern consoles like the PS5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch 2 and Steam Deck.
