This one will make you shake and SWEAT. I'm using 5 lb dumbbells but feel free to go lighter or use objects you have around the house. All moves will go 45 seconds on / 15 seconds of rest, and then we will finish with a core burner where we will do each move for 30 seconds back-to-back.
