What the what? Captain Cold?! In our new promo! Our Legends follow a time aberration back to 1920s Chicago only to discover Damien Darhk and Eobard Thawne Reverse Flash are behind the scheme. But not before coming to face to face with notorious gangster Al Capone! Plus it’s the return of Leonard Snart Captain Cold! There’s still some mystery about how Cold is able to return after apparently dying in season one.
