DD13/15 Fault Code 2791 Fmi 9/14 After Replacing Actuator

Beginning of video I said dd15 error it’s a dd13. Had this truck with a DD13 motor come in with 2791 fmi 9/14 fault codes after they had replaced the egr actuator and customer had no jake brakes as well.
