Once cooked, lower the heat and add extra butter, garlic and parmesan. Give it a mix for 1 min till well coated then remove and set aside Cook the onion and garlic on medium low heat for 5-6 mins till soft and translucent then add spices and mix for a minute Add the milk and cream cheese on low heat then mix till smooth. Let it bubble slightly till thick then add the cooked pasta. Mix till well combined This meal prep freezes especially well and is easy to reheat.
