Looking for a quick sweaty upper body workout I got you! No stopping 9 Min Upper Body Active Rests Intermediate workout will get your upper body burning and pumped up! 💪🏼 We are supersetting each exercise with a 30 second plank! The exercises throughout this session target the Arms, Back, Chest and Core! This workout requires kettlebells but you can also do it with dumbbells. This workout is targeted more for an intermediate level kettlebell user, but can 100% be manageable for beginners as well. 🏋🏼 The weight displayed is for demonstration purposes as a reference, but you should pick the weight that is challenging for you.
