🧀 Ingredients (for 6–8 puffs) Stuffing Butter/Oil – 1 tbsp Onion – ¼ cup (finely chopped, optional) Capsicum – ¼ cup (finely chopped) Sweet corn – ¼ cup (boiled) Carrot – ¼ cup (finely chopped, optional) Mozzarella cheese – ½ cup (grated) Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp Black pepper – ½ tsp Chili flakes – ½ tsp Oregano / mixed herbs – ½ tsp Salt – as needed (be careful, mayo & cheese already salty) Outer layer Readymade puff pastry sheets (best for bakery style) OR Maida (2 cups), salt (½ tsp), butter/oil (2 tbsp), water (as needed) → for homemade dough --- 🥘 Method 1. Make stuffing 1. Heat butter/oil in a pan, add onion, capsicum, carrot, and corn. Sauté 2–3 mins (don’t overcook, keep crunchy). 2. Switch off the flame, let it cool slightly. 3. Mix in mozzarella, mayonnaise, black pepper, chili flakes, oregano, and little salt. 2. Prepare the puff 1. Roll puff pastry sheet / dough into rectangles. 2. Place 2 tbsp stuffing in the center. 3. Fold into rectangle or triangle shape. Seal edges with water. 4. Lightly brush top with milk or butter (for golden color). 3. Bake/Air fry Bake: Preheat oven at 200°C, bake for 18–20 minutes till golden & puffy. Air fryer: 180°C for 12–15 mins. --- 🌿 Serving Serve hot – the mozzarella melts and mayo makes the filling creamy & cheesy. Goes best with ketchup or chili sauce.
