The last one is the BEST from @lauraliechap, Arnold Classic Champ!). 💪 1️⃣ Face Pulls with Long Ropes 4 sets x 10-12 reps Set cable pulley above head height Grip rope with palms facing each other Pull toward your face keeping elbows HIGH and WIDE TIP: Focus on pulling with your rear delts, not your traps! 2️⃣ Triceps Cable Rope Pushdown 4 sets x 10-12 reps Grip rope with palms facing in Keep elbows TUCKED tight to your sides Push down until arms fully extend, then control the return TIP: Squeeze your triceps hard at the bottom! 3️⃣ Cable Reverse Fly 4 sets x 10-12 reps Set cables at chest height (but I like it higher lol) Arms straight ahead, soft bend in knees Pull handles outward while maintaining slight elbow bend TIP: Think about leading with your elbows, not your hands! 4️⃣ Lying Rear Delt Flys with Cable 4 sets x 10-12 reps (MY FAVORITE - learned from @lauraliechapados, Arnold Classic Champ! 🏆) Cables at shoulder height Lie on bench, grab handles with crossed arms Pull down and OUT, squeeze those rear delts!
