No need to soak or boil if using canned. 1 cup spinach or any greens of choice ( optional) 1/2 of an onion 1 medium tomato 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves (Kasturi methi) 1/4 tsp carrom seeds (or ajwain) 1 tsp sesame seeds 2 tbsp yogurt 1 green chilli (as per preference) Coriander to garnish (optional) Salt to taste. I am using 1 tsp. 1 tbsp oil
