810lbs Raw Squat w/o wraps for 3 reps at 21 y/o
2nd day in a row that I am squatting. yesterday a fellow powerlifter brought to my attention that my 810 3x2 was really 788lbs. Unfortunately the kilo loading chart I was using had a major error on it 788 and 810 was the same. So today I squatted 810 for 2 plus one more single. It bothered me that the bar wasn't what it should of been so I squatted again even though it was back to back. The 1st set didn't move like i wanted it too but I have to take in consideration that I squatted 788 for 3x2 yesterday. and no the spotter didnt help me on the 2nd rep spotter got close just in case. 810 for 2 reps is still a PR. Still not happy but PR is a PR. I am training for NAPF Championships in Canada.
