`Low Visibility' at Time of Bryant Crash: LA Sheriff
Jan.27 -- The sheriff of Los Angeles County said there was low visibility at the time of the Kobe Bryant helicopter crash on Sunday. Basketball great Bryant, his daughter and seven others were killed when their helicopter plunged into a steep hillside in dense fog near Calabasas, about 30 miles northwest of downtown Los Angeles.
