Cheeseburger Crunch Wrap Recipe Servings: 5-6 Ingredients For the Beef Patty: 2 lb 80% lean ground beef, minced Salt, to taste Oil, for frying For the Cheeseburger Sauce: 4 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp hot sauce 1 tbsp diced pickled jalapeño and relish 1 tsp freshly minced garlic 1 tbsp finely chopped red onion Salt, to taste 1 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp red chili flakes For the Toppings: 1 cup diced lettuce 1 large tomato, thinly sliced 1 large red onion, thinly sliced 1/2 cup pickled jalapeño and cucumbers 5-6 slices of cheddar cheese 2-3 white onions, caramelized 1 cup nacho-flavored tortilla chips 5-6 extra-large tortilla wraps 5-6 mini tortilla wraps --- Instructions 1. Prepare the Beef Patty: Shape the ground beef into patties and season with salt. Fry in oil for about 4 minutes per side or until cooked to your preference. Set aside. 2. Make the Cheeseburger Sauce: In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, diced pickled jalapeño and relish, garlic, red onion, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and red chili flakes. Refrigerate until needed. 3. Assemble the Crunch Wrap: Place a large tortilla on a flat surface and position a cooked beef patty in the center. 4. Add Toppings: Layer the patty with lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickled jalapeño and cucumbers, cheddar cheese slices, and caramelized white onions. 5. Drizzle with Cheeseburger Sauce: Pour the prepared sauce over the toppings. 6. Add Crunch: Sprinkle nacho-flavored tortilla chips on top. 7. Fold and Cook: Place a smaller tortilla wrap on top of the filling, centering it. Fold the edges of the large tortilla inward, forming pleats to seal. Flip the wrap so the folded side is facing down, keeping everything in place. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the Crunch Wrap seam-side down for 3 minutes or until golden.
