2nd fight between Ali/Liston, aka Phantom Punch. (Comes at 4:35) There simply was NO phantom punch, Ali made contact. What did happen in the confusion was a given mandatory 8 count, only to have Liston get back up (well after it was "given") then to have the fight called as a TKO.
