Zoe All Over Statement: Zoe All Over is a one-woman-show that began as an online boutique in 2014 by then-16 year old Zoé all by herself. Supplying South Florida and beyond with minimal coverage swimwear, something that was not very common at the time. Fast forward a couple years, and I think we did a great job at spreading body positivity with our cheeky 'kinis. My mission is to provide minimal pieces that create maximum confidence.
