Rock Island Homestead Local Train

Follow along with the westbound local as it departs Homestead, Iowa to Carnforth Staging Yard while doing work along the way. Using a 3:1 fast clock the trip took about 2 hours, or in real time about 40 minutes. Other train traffic followed the timetable that I worked on this summer with my regular operating crew. Parts of this might seem boring but it shows an accurate depiction of what happens during a typical Op Session with the "Homestead Local." I hope you will enjoy watching parts or all of the video.
