How To Overcome Gym Anxiety.😰🏋️‍♀️ In this series, I’m helping you deal with the fear of going to the gym. I’ve noticed that “gymtimidation” is a real problem for many people. My goal is to help you overcome that fear and get rid of the negative and limiting thoughts that are holding you back joining the gym. Part 5 - Start at home.🏡 If the idea of training in a public gym terrifies you, start at home. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. At the beginning of your fitness journey, you don’t need tons of weight or fancy machines. Get yourself some basic equipment like adjustable dumbbells, an adjustable bench, and maybe some power bands. You’ll learn the proper technique for basic exercises, see your first results, get stronger, lose some weight, and once you feel more confident, you can get a gym membership.🙂 Hope it helped!💪 #beginnerfitness
