An investigation into the disappearance of a 13-year old boy led authorities to him and -- shockingly -- to a boy who'd been abducted four years ago. (jan. 13) ---------------------------------------- [Notes:ANCHOR VOICE] The search for a kidnapped 13 year old boy in Missouri has led police to a shocking discovery -- Not only did they find Ben Ownby, who was snatched from his neighborhood on Monday, they've also recovered a boy who was kidnapped from another Missouri neighborhood four years ago. Shawn Hornbeck disappeared in October 2002, when he was 11. He went for a bike ride and wasn't heard from again. Until now, when he was found in the same home where Ben was being held. Police say the big break in the case came Thursday night, when officers spotted a white truck that matched the description of a vehicle spotted Monday when the Ben disappeared. SOT: SHERIFF GARY TOELKE, FRANKLIN COUNTY, MISSOURI THE BREAK IN THE CASE CAME THURSDAY NIGHT. KIRKWOOD CITY POLICE OFFICERS WERE SERVING A WARRANT ON AN APARTMENT COMPLEX WHEN THEY NOTICED A WHITE TRUCK MATCHING THE DESCRIPTION OF A VEHICLE AUTHORITIES HAD BEEN SEARCHING FOR A 41-year old suspect is now charged with kidnapping. Police expect more charges to follow. And they say, there was a joyous reunion for two sets of parents who've never lost hope their sons would be found.
