To view & download the full recipe, please view it here on our website: http://www.bonitaskitchen.com Our cookbooks link: https://www.bonitaskitchen.com/cookbook Recipe: 2 cups Racconto pasta ( bow tie ) 1 cup cooked salmon 10 small tomatoes ½ cup feta cheese ¼ cup diced celery ¼ cup red onion ¼ cup olive oil 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed 2 tbsp vinegar of choice 1 tbsp mustard ¼ tsp dill 2 cloves garlic ½ tsp onion powder 1 tsp honey or maple syrup 1 tsp sea salt ½ tsp pepper Method: In a small bowl, Whisk together all of the salad dressing ingredients: olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, dill, garlic, onion powder, ½ tsp sea salt, pinch pepper and honey. Put in fridge to build flavours before using. Cook salmon in your air fryer or frying pan with a pinch of sea salt and pepper to taste. Flake apart and let come to room temperature. In a saucepan with water and ½ tsp sea salt bring to a boil and add the racconto pasta ( bow tie pasta ) cook following the cooking instructions on the bag. ( Around 9 minutes ) Dice celery and red onion, flake apart feta cheese or cheese of choice. In a fancy bowl add all ingredients and toss together. When ready to serve add the dressing over your bow tie salmon salad and serve on its own or with a protein of choice. Bonita’s Tips: Cook salmon in advance to be ready to use in salad. Make dressing in advance to build those amazing flavours together. Add seasonings to dressing to taste. Buy salmon pieces its cheaper then a full fillet.
