Santa Takes on the 10k Calorie Challenge || Insane Cheat Day || Matt Brunner

Now that Christmas is over, Santa's got some free time on his hands.. Follow me as I take on a holiday-themed cheat day. I've wanted to do a 10k calorie challenge for a while, but always felt like I needed to get closer to my fitness goals before I could allow a binge like that. Close enough. I've still got a ways to go before I reach my goal, but I decided to take a little break. I've finally finished clawing back lost progress after my broken leg/quarantine, and decided to reward myself. As it turns out, this challenge wasn't nearly as fun as I thought it would be. I spent most of it being impressed and disgusted at the amount and type of food I ate. Next time I give myself an epic cheat day, I think I'll stick to 5k calories.
