TABATA BOXING WORKOUT - JUMP ROPE, BOXING HIIT TABATA WORKOUT // Get ready to sweat in today’s killer tabata boxing workout. Tabata workouts are an effective way to workout and a great way to burn fat allowing you to yield the most benefits in a short period of time. This boxing tabata features 5 different tabatas. There are 8 tabata exercises per round with 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest. Grab your jump rope for tabata 1 where we’ll be alternating between 2 basic jump rope moves. Tabatas 2 and 3 focus on plyometric, cardio and core exercises before we move on to some fast punch combinations for our shadow boxing tabatas. Shadow Boxing is a total body cardio & conditioning workout that you can do anywhere - it's one of my favorite ways to workout.
