NOC Ryan & Sylvia | Personal Thoughts after watching Xia Xue videos (In description)

As a NOC audience for years, I do feel sad to see all this happenings especially for close to one month. In my opinion, I think the biggest issue lies between the "long duration sagas" is because of Sylvia's silence. All things started apparently because of her (might be carefully planned by someone) but she kept quiet for a very long time until first apology letter came out and in addition to the latest 1 hour 47 minutes video.  I am always neutral stand between Ryan and Sylvia because I truly support both of them. For all these incident I kinda lean towards Sylvia as all things came out were all about her, Ryan seems unaffected and receiving more love and care from more people(Ryan's Appreciation Day). However, to support Sylvia does not mean to go against Ryan. I really wish both of them well. So assuming what Sylvia said in the long duration video were all true, it is really one bombshell to another by learning all the "facts" and looking at all the "screenshots". Assuming the part where Sylvia says about Ryan’s recurring suicidal actions is true, it is indeed very manipulative. I can feel Sylvia is really hurt when she talk about it. When you are in that position, you will not doubt whether the other person is really trying to suicide because they are so close to succeeding, you dare not take the risk. The fear of losing someone might cause you to have irrational thoughts. This is when it becomes manipulative and Sylvia comes under immense pressure. By take it out all heart to protect someone is true love, it is undeniable. On the other hand, I believe Ryan do not meant to behave this way as well. Depression is a serious issue and no one can ever know how much pain a person is suffering. In my opinion Ryan constantly having suicidal thoughts is not to blame but it is really a tragedy to see someone suffered so much just to make a person stay alive.Last year it is quite sad for me to realise the happy married couple that I adore so much for years were divorced and act as couple in front of the camera. This year I felt sad to learn that long before the divorce, they never had a happy marriage.  Ya, kinda heartbroken because I truly supported them as a blissful happy couple in the first place. About all those NOC sagas issue I really feel that both parties are equally responsible. In neutral stand, I think both of them were at fault.  Though all things might began because of Sylvia "workplace vulgar" issue, but it clearly shows that there are more to it and till now Ryan is still NOC director.  At the very least, they both apologised and I can see most of the NOC "victims" are ready to move on. Hopefully they can change for the better and be a better leader in future. On the other hand, I really hope everyone, supporting Ryan or Sylvia or NOC staff, stop attacking any party. All these issues should be settled in house instead of going to the public. This is not a serious huge criminal issues where hate and threatening to family should be involved. Keyboard warrior can really kill, especially to people with unstable mental health. Stop all the hate and attacking to any party will really do all of them good. Lastly,  I still follow Ryan and Sylvia on IG, although god knows how long will it takes to make NOC videos and channel back to usual, I will still support NOC channel. After all, NOC really creates good content which truly worth supporting. Most importantly, NOC is not just Ryan and Sylvia, many of them work really hard to create a good video which deserve support credit as well. And yes, I wish them all the best in separate way. Hopefully they can be better and turn out stronger after all these incident.  Among 1:47:14 duration of video I feel the "suicidal" part is really shocking and it seems to indirectly cause all these sagas happen.  Still the same lesson learnt after one year, NEVER work together with husband as marriage really damn hard to work within business partners especially with different personality. FYI, this passage were written yesterday 25/10 after watching videos and only posted today.Just want to record down my feelings after watching the video. I am glad if anyone share the same views as mine, but if not, please do not attempt to attack as well. Peace and Love.
