Ingredients 4 slices of bread 4 boiled eggs 1/2 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp of salt or more as per taste 2 tbsp of milk 2 tbsp + 1/2 tbsp of Kewpie mayonnaise (you can use any mayonnaise as you wish) 1 tsp of mustard sauce Some salted butter 🧈 to spread on breads ▶️ mix egg yolks with sugar, salt, mayonnaise, mustard sauce and milk, mix until you get creamy texture. ▶️ finely chopped egg white and mix into yolk mixture. ▶️ spread some salted butter on both the breads and add egg mixture filling. ▶️ cut the crust of bread for soft & fluffy sandwich.
