Evaporated coconut milk https://amzn.to/3QSRnYj Dairy Free Tres Leches Cake One dairy-free cake mix prepared and baked according to box directions with eggs, oil, and water (depending on box instructions sub vegan butter or almond milk). Let cool and then poke holes all over cake with a straw. 1 can of coconut condensed milk – Brand I used was Let’s Do Organic 1 can of coconut evaporated milk or coconut milk – Brand I used was Nature’s Charm About 1/2 cup of almond or oat milk (Add more if you want it to be a bit more milky) 1 tsp vanilla 1 container of dairy free whipped topping (8 oz. size) - Brand I used was So Delicious Coco Whip Stir milks and vanilla together. Pour mixture over cake. Top with cool whip. Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours. Enjoy! Hi everyone!
