UPDATE: Burgess Avenue Homicide Victim Identified as Kettering Man
HARRISON TOWNSHIP -- The Montgomery County Coroner's Office has identified Saturday's homicide victim.Jason M. Turner, 37, of Kettering and another man were dropped off at an area hospital beaten. He later was declared dead. The condition of the other man, who has not been identified, is unknown. Police say they believe Turner and the other man were abducted from a Burgess Avenue home. Investigators roped off a home in the 500 block of Burgess Avenue last Sunday afternoon. Authorities say two men showed up at a local hospital after they were possibly beaten by a blunt object, one of those men did die from his injuries.Sheriff's deputies were awaiting a search warrant for the home, Major Daryl Wilson tells us they don't believe the Burgess home was the scene of the incident, but do believe it holds clues to the crime.
