
Morning Glow Day 7 | Yoga Flow and Reflection for the Past Week
☀️Welcome to Day 7 of the Morning Glow Challenge with Fafi! | Flow with Fafi 7 Day Yoga Challenge 🧘♀️ Congratulations, you did it! You reached the final day of our one week morning yoga challenge! Let's flow into the day together. This morning’s practice includes active reflection on and celebration of your commitment to yoga for the past week. Hopefully this past week brought you plenty of benefits: whether it’s improvement in your consistency, increase of mindfulness, reduction of tension in your muscles or something entirely different. This flow includes lots of shoulder, back and chest stretches, leading up to a backbend – camel pose. Of course, there are also other poses to stretch and strengthen your entire body, including a standing sequence with balances. Backbends are a great way to start your day as they are energising postures. Let’s charge up with some energy and flow! 🔔 Subscribe to Flow with Fafi – while this is the final day of the challenge, this is not the final day of your practice. Follow my channel for more practices and free challenges like this! 💡In this flow, you’ll be guided through a start on your belly, stretching your quads. You will then continue on to a sphinx pose, cat and cow, puppy pose and thread the needle, all to prepare you for further backbends. Transitioning to a standing sequence of side bends and warrior poses, you will challenge your balance and stretch your whole body. Next will be camel pose, followed by winding down in a forward fold, reclined butterfly, some twists and Savasana. All throughout this experience you will be prompted to reflect on your yoga experience this past week with kindness. ✅Benefits of This Yoga Flow: Strengthens your back, shoulders, chest and hips.
