SILENT HILL 2 REMAKE NO COMMENTARY PLAYTHROUGH #13 [Back to the streets]

James Sunderland comes to Silent Hill after apparently receiving a letter from his wife Mary, who had been suffering from an illness and died three years before. While exploring the town, he encounters Angela Orosco , a 19-year-old runaway searching for her mother; Eddie Dombrowski, another runaway; and Laura, a bratty eight-year-old kid. While searching a local park, James also meets Maria, a woman who strongly resembles Mary but has a much more assertive and sexual personality. Maria claims that she has never met or seen Mary, and because she is frightened by the monsters, James allows her to follow him. Arriving at a bowling alley, Eddie and Laura are found inside, but Laura runs off and enters the Brookhaven Hospital. Pyramid Head appears and chases both James and Maria through the hospital's basement, and the creature manages to slaughter Maria while they attempt to make their escape via an elevator. Alone again and saddened by the loss of Maria, James decides to refocus on his original task of finding Mary. He leaves the hospital and finds a key buried beneath a statue in Rosewater Park, which leads him to the Silent Hill Historical Society.
