This photo was recently posted by Hollywood actor Gwyneth Paltrow, the girl on the left is her daughter Apple, who wasn't very impressed. Some people don't like the idea of having a pictures of themselves uploaded, especially if they have no control over when it gets deleted. Plus, kids are always told to be careful about what they post and their online footprint because it might give away personal info like where they live or go to school. That means he swims down really deep underwater with only the air in his lungs, no oxygen tanks or anything! It's a pretty dangerous sport and Ant has trained for years to stay safe underwater. He can hold his breath for just over eight minutes and in the ocean he can dive to 100 metres. But recently he decided to step his efforts up to the next level - trying to break the world record for the deepest ever free dive under ice. He travelled to Norway to swim more than 65 metres down below the surface. The temperatures there hover between minus 20 to minus 25 in the outside air temperature. Under the ice it is around 0.2 degrees. Ant managed to swim 70 metres down, setting a new world record! But his journey won't end there! The goal I'd like to do after this is actually to go to Antarctica. I hadn't thought it through well though so I'm assuming it can be done. If you liked that story… it's part of a short film that's coming out next year. ------------------- JUNIOR STAR WINS TAYLA KICK CHALLENGE Remember when AFLW star Tayla Harris issued the kick challenge last week?
