This video is directed towards 1st year residents at the beginning of their training in pathology. It demonstrates a case of Pagetoid Bowen's disease and discusses the main differential diagnoses of extra-mammary Paget's disease and superficial spreading (Pagetoid) melanoma. The use of special stains for mucin and immunohistochemistry is emphasized in particularly problematical cases.
