This is a simple and easy brownie recipe to follow but trust when I say this, when you make these brownies at home and you try one, they will be the best, fudge brownies you would have ever tasted. These are insanely good! They are the best homemade brownies ever. You have got to try these bad boys out for yourself! You will not disagree! Here is the ultimate brownie recipe 👇 Brownie recipe for a 20cm - 15cm tray 240g butter ( melted) 30ml vegetable oil 260g caster sugar 200g soft brown sugar 5 eggs vanilla extract 130g plain flour 100g unsweetened cocoa powder 200g white chocolate Method Melt the butter completely, add it to a bowl with the following: oil, caster sugar and soft brown sugar, whisk it until incorporated then mix together the vanilla with the eggs and pour the eggs in approximately 1 egg at a time. Whisk until pale. Sift in the flour and cocoa powder and carefully fold it in, DO NOT OVER MIX! then incorporated the chocolate. Pour batter into a prepared tin which has been greased with oil and lined with non-stick parchment paper. Pre-heat your oven to 175C, bake for approximately 25-30 mins. Let cool to room temperature then place into the fridge overnight. Cut into what ever size pieces you light. Enjoy! these are the ultimate brownies!
