Everyone is different! Fitness levels are different! Calorie burn for each of us would be different too! Depends on body weight, workout intensity, average heart rate, peak heart rate, duration of sets etc etc. So decided to measure the calorie burn for a 1 hour jump rope workout. Nothing intense - just basic bounce and boxer step jump rope skips - that’s all and with a lot of breaks. So, for my body time and a low intensity 1 hour of jumping with a lots of breaks I burnt 500+ kilo calories - am ok with it. 500 calorie workout! Used the Apple Watch Series 6 for workout tracking and the calorie burn. Used the Jump Rope workout from the list of workouts available. What’s been your experience?
