For Pancakes: 100g Green Buckwheat Flour, 260g Water, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1 tbsp Jerusalem Artichoke Syrup, 1 tbsp Coconut Oil, 1/2 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tbsp Lemon Juice. Mix flour, water, salt, syrup, and coconut oil until smooth.Add baking soda and lemon juice. Mix well.Pour batter into a preheated skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides. For Filling: Cook sliced apples with syrup and cinnamon until soft.Place apple filling on pancakes and roll them up.
