We also do a full 7 battle multiplayer matchup to see what changed, or what stayed the same. Then we attempt to do a 5 battle matchup with the 3 new passive cards, and it didn't work so well. LIFE IS A CHALLENGE We've implemented several new upcoming Challenges, including Insurgency Hawkgirl, Bounty Hunter Lobo, Arkham Origins Joker, and many more(INCLUDING Prime Killer Frost, active 5-14-15, not when it was recorded) MULTIPLAYER REWARDS ARE....still lame, Bonus Battle 6 is still the way to farm. Yes, the end of season rewards are higher, but you can finish one Multiplayer matchup and end up with 75,000 Credits. Unless you want a free way to obtain rare gear, just farm Gear Booster Packs. 900 Credits versus 4760 is a no brainer. The following passives have changed(Yes there are more than three) Bane - Venom Tank - Once per match, when Bane is below 40% HEALTH, he does 25% more damage and all basic attacks will Crit for 10 seconds. (NOTE: Still the same against Red Son Green Lantern) (NOTE 2: Bane is still the worst Gold card in the game, the passive change does not change this) Knightfall Bane: Venom Overdose - Once per match, when Bane is below 40% HEALTH, he receives 150% increased POWER generation for 8 seconds. Again, Bane still sucks. Batman Beyond still has the worst passive in the game, although Insurgency Batman's is still really bad. Regime Black Adam - Lightning Shield - When Black Adam tags in, he gains a shield that will DAMAGE the opponent if Black Adam is hit. (NEW) While the aura is active any SPECIAL used against him will have 2x damage reflected back at the attacker. Regime Black Adam's passive went from decent to very strong, if you have a way to heal Regime Black Adam quickly(For example, Krypto Lex Luthor and Arkham Harley Quinn) Prime Catwoman(Silver) - Razor Claws - Catwom an's Basic attacks deal 50% MORE DAMAGE vs. opponents suffering from DAMAGE-OVER-TIME, which is up from 25-30% Does Batman Returns Catwoman actually work with Mortal Kombat X Scorpion's Doom Slice, and other Damage Over time effects? Test with Insurgency Joker's Laughing Gas, and Darkseid's Fires of Apokalips, the heaviest DOT's. Does Darkseid's passive actually scale better with Basic Damage gear? Before they kinda didn't. Speaking of bad scaling, why does the Batmobile NOT stack with Harley Quinn's Team Damage Boost, in fact, nerfing the damage it does? Anybody who uses this piece of crap should be ashamed. Just stack damage. Hawkgirl: Air Support - Hawkgirl and her team can TAG IN and OUT more QUICKLY(4 seconds faster tag cooldown). When Hawkgirl switches out or in the enemy is snared and cannot switch for 8 seconds. (Does this actually work? Seems pretty bad) As for Hawkgirl Synergy, the BEST trio would be Luchador Bane and New 52 Nightwing. If this was Mortal Kombat X, you would use Inferno Scorpion and Possessed Kenshi OR Assassin Kitana, characters that actually do stuff when you tag in or out. Regime Black Adam can be useful as well, since 3 hits can go away quickly, but better used with New 52 Nightwing, NOT Luchador Bane. In the end of the Bane/Hawkgirl/Regime Black Adam battle, which is fight 3, we run into a ridiculous Red Son Trio, where Red Son Deathstroke was critting for 10,000 Damage at Level 38 Elite VII, which is impressive and the first time I've seen Deathstroke geared properly. Does that make me want to Elite VII Red Son Deathstroke? You better believe it. But NOT with Wonder Woman, I would still use Green Lantern with Superman.
