GBC News: Teens Texting + Driving = New Laws 4/29

A new house bill could be passed making it illegal for anyone under 18 years old to text or talk on their cellphones while driving. House Bill 23 is sponsored by State Rep. Melvin Everson and he says it's purpose is to save lives.
