NBC Coverage Milwaukee on 9 11 2001 Part 1
This is an interesting piece of footage. Most of the 9/11 "as it happened" footage out there is from a New York or Washington DC affiliate. In this footage, you can see how the cities that weren't attacked reacted on 9/11. The mayor and the police chief give a brief press conference, prominent buildings are evacuated in the downtown area, etc. Footage is from NBC affiliate WTMJ in Milwaukee, WI.
