Here's another extended scene from my trip to “Swamp People” country - Venice, Louisiana, to fish the Gulf of Mexico with husband and wife fishing duo Captains Eric and Moe Newman. Here poor Eric drops out catch over the edge of the boat before we even get a chance to release the poor thing properly. Better luck next time mate. It’s 30 minutes long and packed full of the best of my moments of all my trips which also sees me cross off so many items on my personal fishing bucket list. I go from Ascension Island (Atlantic’s Jurassic Tuna), Florida’s Everglades (Mangrove Maze Tarpon), Papua New Guinea (Papuan Black Bass), Louisiana’s Gulf of Mexico (Rig fishing with the USA’s favourite fisherwoman), America’s Space Coast (I take a former NASA astronaut Jon McBride fishing), Australia’s Top End (Helicopter Barra fishing with Aussie cricketing legend Matthew Hayden), and USA’s famous Lake Tahoe (with Aussie Bass Pro Carl Jocumsen).
