Megaman X Storm Eagle no power ups, hearts, or weapons

a little filler for my STON play. I got the idea to do this from someone on facebook. most people believe that Storm Eagle is pretty much impossible without the dash upgrade. well, this vid should shed some light. trick to keep in mind: 1.) when Eagle begins to flap his wings to push you off, always run towards him. it will prevent you from falling off. 2.) when he is diving at you, just avoid his attack, unless you have mastered when to jump, shoot,dodge for those style points. 3.) when you see Eagle going down to land on the ground, get as close to him as possible. 99% of the time, after he lands, he uses storm tornado. it won't damage you, but it can push you off faster than his flapping wings. best trick to get out is by jumping at full height over and over til your out, or jump into him (which is pointless, he can 2 or 3 hit you with his body alone) hope this can help everyone out. enjoy!
