๐ถ๐ SPICY MAPLE CAULIFLOWER WINGS!๐ฑ๐ฅ Insanely delish! Iโm addicted and had to make these tasty plant based โwingsโ again! Perfect finger food. Each bite is loaded with vitamin C, antioxidants, fibre, anti-inflammatory spice power, and estrogen detoxifying Indole-3-carbonol (I-3-C). All important nutrients supporting hormone health + gut health. ๐ฑ Letโs make this deliciousness: Ingredients: 1 head cauliflower, chopped in 1-2โ pieces(โwingsโ) ๐ค BATTER 2 cups all-purpose gluten-free flour 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 +1/4 tsp paprika 2 tsp sea salt/Himalayan salt 1 tsp black pepper 2 cups almond milk (or other nondairy milk, plus have a little more if you need it) ๐ SPICY MAPLE GLAZE 2 tbsp pure maple syrup 1/2 cup organic ketchup 2 tbsp melted coconut oil 1 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp sea salt/ Himalayan salt Method: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl combine all Batter ingredients. Mix until creamy. Depending on the gluten-free flour you use, you may need to add more/less almond milk. Dip each cauliflower wing into batter and lay flat on parchment paper. Bake for 20 min, rotating half way. While wings are baking, in a bowl combine all Spicy Maple Glaze ingredients and mix. Once cauliflower wings are out, use a basting brush to coat each wing with the glaze, flipping on both sides. Place back in the oven and bake for 15 min until golden/brown and sizzling.
