
5 Minute Morning Movements for Mental Health, Increase Energy & Wellness
Start your day in a loving, uplifting way... even if you only have five minutes in the morning! Here are a few exercises that are going to help jumpstart your brain and your body so that you'll feel more energized throughout the day. Even if you start your day with a workout, I recommend doing these exercises first so you can activate the pathways between your brain and your body and lubricate your joints so you're not just going into that workout cold.
