Chicken Tikka Biryani Recipe Tika Boti (Marinade) Ingredients: 500g boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs 200g yoghurt 1 tsp salt 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp red chilli flakes 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp garam masala powder ½ tsp haldi powder 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 lemon, juiced Dum Biryani Ingredients: 1 cup oil 3 medium onions, chopped 2 tsp ginger garlic paste 3 medium tomatoes, chopped Mix Garam Masala Tika Boti Masala (above) Boiled rice (see below) Boiled Rice Ingredients: 500g basmati rice Water, as needed Salt, to taste 1 tbsp garam masala 1 tbsp oil Peels of 1 lemon Instructions: 1. Marinate the chicken in the Tika Boti mixture for at least 30 minutes. 2. Cook the marinated chicken until it's fully cooked. 3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, ginger garlic paste, and tomatoes. 4. Add the Mix Garam Masala, Tika Boti Masala, and cooked chicken to the pan. Mix well. 5. Boil the rice with salt, garam masala, oil, and lemon peels. 6. Layer the cooked rice and chicken mixture in a pot to create the Dum Biryani. 7.
