How to treat Hypothermia in an Outdoor Emergency

In an outdoor emergency of a hypothermic encounter, one has to be creative and expeditious when treating the victim. It is important not to move them quickly and not to jostle them and at the same time start rewarming. How can one do this when in the outdoors with very little at their disposal?
