[NO.252] 누가복음 2:8-14 / 큰 기쁨의 좋은 소식 (말씀: 손석구 박사)

8 그 지역에 목자들이 밤에 밖에서 자기 양 떼를 지키더니 9 주의 사자가 곁에 서고 주의 영광이 그들을 두루 비추매 크게 무서워하는지라 10 천사가 이르되 무서워하지 말라 보라 내가 온 백성에게 미칠 큰 기쁨의 좋은 소식을 너희에게 전하노라 11 오늘 다윗의 동네에 너희를 위하여 구주가 나셨으니 곧 그리스도 주시니라 12 너희가 가서 강보에 싸여 구유에 뉘어 있는 아기를 보리니 이것이 너희에게 표적이니라 하더니 13 홀연히 수많은 천군이 그 천사와 함께 하나님을 찬송하여 이르되 14 지극히 높은 곳에서는 하나님께 영광이요 땅에서는 하나님이 기뻐하신 사람들 중에 평화로다 하니라 성경은 예수님 탄생을 전하며 당시 시대배경을 설명합니다(2:1-7). 하나님의 아들이 이 세상에 사람으로 오신 것이 역사적인 사실임을 강조하기 위해서입니다. 하나님은 인간을 사랑하시고 죄와 사망, 사탄의 문제 해결을 위해 아들을 보내셨습니다. 궁의 왕자가 아닌 비천한 몸 가장 낮은 자로, 비천한 곳으로 보내셨습니다. 그리고 기쁘고 복된 이 큰 소식을, 들에서 양을 지키는 목자들에게 먼저 전하셨습니다. 아기 예수님은 강보에 싸여 구유에 누워 계셨습니다. 그 밤, 천사가 양떼를 지키고 있는 목자들을 찾아가자 주님의 영광이 임해 주위가 해처럼 밝아졌습니다. 주님의 사자가 곁에 서 있자 목자들은 무섭고 두려웠습니다. 천사가 말했습니다. “무서워 하지 말라. 보라 내가 온 백성에게 미칠 큰 기쁨의 좋은 소식을 너희에게 전하노라”(10). 크다의 큰과 기쁘다의 기쁨과 좋다의 좋은이라는 단어 세 개로 소식을 설명했습니다. 예수님의 탄생은 크고, 기쁘고 좋은 소식입니다. 인간의 모든 문제를 해결해 주는 소식이기 때문입니다. 문제가 크든 작든, 누구도 해결할 수 없어도 예수님께 오면 다 해결받습니다. 천사는 예수님의 다윗의 동네에서 구주 그리스도가 나셨고 강보에 싸여 구유에 누워있는데 이 두 가지가 주신 표징이라고 했습니다. 당시 베들레헴은 호적하러 온 사람들 때문에 여관이 부족했고 방을 얻을 수 없었던 마리아와 요셉은 마굿 간에서 아이를 낳아 구유에 누였습니다. 예수님은 부자집이나 여관에 있지 않고, 고급천이 아닌, 강보에 싸여 있어야합니다. “강보에 싸여 구유에 누워 있는 아이”가 예수님 탄생의 표적입니다(12). 천사의 메시지가 끝나자 갑자기 수많은 천군이 함께 하나님을 찬양했습니다. “지극히 높은 곳에서는 하나님께 영광이요 땅에서는 하나님이 기뻐하시는 사람들 중에 평화로다”(14). 하나님은 결국 십자가에 죽게 되지만, 자신의 아들을 세상에 보내시는 것이 영광이오 땅에 있는 사람들 중 평화라고 말씀하셨습니다. 예수님의 오심은 하나님께 영광이요 우리 모두에게는 평화입니다. 사랑의 주님! 아기 예수님을 보내 주셔서 감사드립니다. 크고 기쁘고 좋으며 주님께는 영광이요 우리에게는 평화의 소식입니다. 예수님을 잘 믿고 하나님을 더 기쁘시게 해드리는 자녀가 되게 하여 주소서! 예수님의 이름으로 기도드립니다. 아멘! QT Sharing Text: Luke 2:8-14 Title: Good News of Great Joy The Bible first explained the background of the times when announcing the birth of Jesus (2:1-7). The reason is to emphasize that the event that the Son of God came into this world as a man was a historical fact. God loves man and sent his Son into this world to solve the problems of sin, death, and Satan. When God sent his son into this world, he did not send him as a prince in a royal palace, but in a humble body, to a humble place, as the lowest. And God first delivered this joyous and blessed great news to the shepherds who keep their sheep in the fields. Jesus first came to this world in human form and was wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger. At this time, the angel went to the shepherds who were guarding their flocks at night. When the angels arrived at the ranch where the shepherds were guarding their flocks, the surroundings suddenly became bright like the sun. It is because the glory of the Lord is here. At that very moment, an angel of the Lord stood by the shepherds. The shepherds were terrified and afraid. At this time the angel spoke to the shepherds. “Don’t be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people” (10). If you look closely, there are three words that describe world news. It is the great of the great and the joy of gladness and the good of good. Therefore, this message from the angel means great news, joy news, and good news. The news of the birth of Jesus is great, joyful, and good news. Why? Because it is the news that solves all human problems. When we have a problem, it doesn't matter how big or small it is. Even if it is a problem that no one can solve, if we come to Jesus with that problem, it will be solved. Therefore, the news of the birth of Jesus is great, joyful, and good news. The angel said that in Jesus' town of David, the Savior Christ was born, and now Christ is lying in a manger wrapped in swaddling clothes, and these two things are a sign to you. At that time, Bethlehem lacked inns because of those who came to register. Mary and Joseph could not get a room. So they gave birth to the child in the stable and laid him in a manger. Therefore, you should not go to a rich man's house or an inn to seek Christ. And even if you find the child, Jesus must be a child wrapped in cloths. Not if he is wrapped in another fine fabric. “The baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger” is a sign of Jesus’ birth (12). As soon as the angel's message was over, thousands of angels suddenly appeared and praised God together with the angel preaching the word. “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom he is favor rests” (14). God said it was an honor for him to send his Son into this world. After all, he said that he was a son to die on the cross, but it was an honor. And he said peace among those on earth. Therefore, the coming of Jesus is a glory to God and a peace to all of us. Dear Lord! Thank you for sending baby Jesus. This is great and joyful good news. Glory to the Lord and news of peace to us.
